Products and prices: SanRocco organic Toscano IGP (Tuscan PGI) extra virgin olive oil as described on the site. Prices in euro, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
Order: the contract is concluded when we confirm your order. If a product is unavailable we will tell you and refund any amount paid.
Payment: by card via Stripe or by bank transfer. With bank transfer, the order ships once payment is received.
Delivery: to Italy and the EU countries listed. We normally ship within 5 working days of payment and in any case within 30 days. If the parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund.
Right of withdrawal: consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by writing to info@oliosanrocco.it (e.g. "I hereby withdraw from the contract for order no. …, received on …, name, address, date"). Products must be returned intact and sealed within 14 days of notice; return costs are borne by you. Withdrawal does not apply to packages opened after delivery, as sealed food goods not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (Art. 59(e) Italian Consumer Code / Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). We refund within 14 days of withdrawal using the same payment method, possibly after receiving the goods back.
Warranty: the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies.
Law and jurisdiction: Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, and mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
